On this Episode of Rehash: a web3 podcast, we sat down with Caryn Tan, DAO Contributor at Clarity & Crypto, Culture & Society.

We kickoff this episode getting to know Caryn, her background, and how she ended up in web3. We discuss what it’s like being new to web3, and Caryn opens up about her feelings of self doubt despite already being successful in her career. And to help listeners who may also be feeling what she felt, Caryn gives us some advice on how to transfer your web2 skills into web3. 

We dive into Caryn’s role as a Vibes Curator at CCS, and she tells us the story of how she landed that role. Caryn gives us some insight into community management and leaves us with some advice for what can and can’t scale in community. Caryn also gives us the inside scoop on Clarity and her role there. 

Caryn leaves us with some takeaways from working for DAOs full-time and gives us some tips for intentionally building diversity into the communities we grow.
