We kickoff the episode getting to know Ale, her background, and how she got started in web3. Ale explains what she believes are the biggest problems facing the world today, and how web3 can solve those problems. 

We discuss impact capitalism, impact DAOs, and how to set metrics for positive externalities. We also talk about core values, as well as how to set and nurture values of your own. Ale describes the importance of taking a step back and looking at what inspires you and even shares her secret to success — being driven by purpose.
